College Admission

1. Documents needed for Admission:

  1. Aadhar Card Photocopy

  2. A passport size photograph recently taken- 3 copies

  3. i) Statement of Marks - For UG - 12th Mark Sheet (Original)
    ii) Statement of Marks - For PG - UG Mark Sheet (Original)

  4. Transfer Certificate - Original + 2 Photo Copies (Xerox)

  5. Conduct Certificate - Original + 1 Photo Copy (Xerox)

  6. Parent ID Proof – Aadhar Card and Copy of Bank Passbook first page

Applicants must take sufficient number of attested copies of their Higher Secondary Marks Sheet & Transfer Certificate before surrendering them to the College Office. After admission, the Original Transfer Certificate will not be issued under any circumstances.

The candidates should ensure that they furnish correct marks in the Application Form. If it is found that the marks furnished in the application form are incorrect, then, the admission will be cancelled. The candidate will not be allowed to continue the course further. If the statement of marks is found to be bogus, after the verification by the Director of Government Examination, the admission is liable for cancellation and criminal action could be taken.

2. Government Scholarship: 

            Students of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are eligible for Scholarships. They should submit the Scholarship Application Forms in time to the College office along with Community and Income Certificates from an Officer of the Revenue Department not lower in rank than of a Deputy Tahsildar.

3. College Bus

  • Bus facilities are available on payment of separate fees for travel by college bus on first come first served basis.

  • The students who have paid semester fees will alone be permitted to apply for travel by college bus.

  • The details of Bus number and the place of starting given in Campus Life -> Facilities -> Transport

  • First year UG & PG students who desire to travel by College Bus submit the application after ascertaining stop details, bus fees etc. from the college office.

  • Bus fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted against any fees due to the college

  • The application form to travel by college bus can be had from the transport incharge in the college office.

4. Hostel

There is a Hostel attached to the college with limited number of seats. It is located within the college campus. Only vegetarian mess is provided on dividing system. For admission to Hostel, separate application is to be submitted at Hostel Office

5. General:

Parents and Guardians are requested to give full cooperation to the College authorities with regard to the attendance, online classes, in-person classes, conduct and academic progress of their wards and respond to all the communication sent by the College authorities. Dress reflects personality and taste. Hence students are expected to be modest, neat and simple in their mode of dressing.
