It is a Stream of education which is the study of Trade and Business Activities which helps the students to draw conclusion about the financial position of the Organization. It also plays a vital role in the modern economic growth. Commerce has a wide scope that would bring the students both successes as well as Financial Security easily. The career prospects in commerce are Entrepreneurship, Banking, Charted accountancy, Corporate Secretaryship, Economist, Share broking, Cost and Works accountancy, Agricultural Economist are extremely bright.

Our department is a pioneer department of our college. The College was started on 17th October 1984 with 40 B.Com Students. Our department is a Full-Fledged Research department constituting 12 Doctorates and 11 Pursuing Ph.D.
